Product Description
Liquid silicone rubber is divided into a-gel and b-gel. The ratio of a-gel and b-gel is controlled by a quantitative device to be 1:1, and then they are fully mixed through a static mixer, injected into the injection tube, and then produced by injection molding.
The liquid silica gel is injected into the hot runner mold to make silica gel products, which can achieve the advantages of one-time molding, no waste and automation.
