Due to the high LSR expansion coefficient, the expansion will occur when heating, but there is small shrinkage when cooling, so the components can not maintain accurate side distance in the mold, so the cold runner mold processing design should be adopted. In order to avoid turbulence and spray, use small injection port with needle or wing shape. T-shaped guide bolt is used instead of cylindrical guide bolt to increase the positioning accuracy. Insulation layer / plate shall be set to facilitate the stripping of solidified LSR.
