Product Description
The plasticizing screw has the function of homogenization and mixing at the same time. The mixture is injected into the hot mold through the screw. At the mold temperature of 170-200 ℃, the silica gel takes place curing reaction. When using a cold runner system, it is important to note that the runner is cold enough. In order to avoid leakage of glue, the needle valve is installed on the surface of the mold part. When the glue injection is completed, the needle valve immediately closes the nozzle.

Liquid silica gel is a kind of environmental protection material, because of its superior performance, it has been favored, accepted and widely used by various industries, and produced a variety of unique products. So far, the common forming processes of organosilicon products are as follows:
Extrusion process: like toothpaste, the product has been vulcanized into strips under the action of force and temperature, and the product parts can be different, such as rectangle, ring, etc.
Two epoxy resin molding processes: the raw material for this process is liquid silica gel, which is installed in the syringe like device. Through pneumatic and manual operation, the raw materials are dropped on the mould, then heated and vulcanized, which belongs to manual processing with low productivity. The advantage is that the product can fall into various colors according to the requirements of customers, such as multi-color silica gel bracelet, silica gel mobile phone shell with various colors and patterns.
Three solid hot pressing process: this process uses the temperature and pressure of the hydraulic press to vulcanize the raw materials used in the products through the mold, and has relatively low cost and high output. This is a widely used process.
Four liquid injection process: the process needs to be equipped with silicone injection machine and press. The required raw materials are thick and divided into two groups. The working principle is to press two groups of raw materials into the barrel of the injection molding machine with a presser foot 1:1. Then, the mixed raw material is pressed into the cavity of the hot die through the nozzle. The molding temperature of the process is low (130 ℃), the output is high, and it is easy to automatic production, but the cost of raw material is several times higher than that of general solid silica.
