Burr is easy to damage the sealing surface (parting line), but why is burr?
We analyze the reasons as follows:
1. There is a gap over the width: the die is not tightened enough to be uneven on the parting surface, the tolerance of the die is too large or the sealing surface is damaged.
2. The clamping force of the machine is insufficient or set too low: the opening force is greater than the clamping force, and the mold cannot be closed. The clamping force makes the mold and the template deform.
How to solve it?
It is necessary to see if the tolerance of the die is too large, adjust the die or the tolerance caused by the unevenness of the die parting surface is too large.
Finally, see if the burr appears near the nozzle. If so, the glue injection speed must be adjusted from slow to fast.
If the burr is not near the nozzle, we need to change our strategy. Here are four points to operate the equipment to improve the burr problem
